How to Merge PDFs Safely in Your Browser

Merging PDFs shouldn't require uploading sensitive documents to a server. With client-side processing, your files stay on your device.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF Toolkit (Merge section): /pdf-toolkit#merge
    Step 1 — Open the Merge tool

  2. Add your PDF files (drag-and-drop or click to choose).

  3. Drag to reorder files if needed.

  4. Click “Merge PDFs” and wait a moment.

  5. Download the merged file or open it in a new tab to preview.
