Need to rearrange your PDF pages for better flow? Follow these steps to reorder pages without uploading your document.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF Toolkit: /pdf-toolkit
    Step 1 — Open the Reorder section

  2. Add your PDF (drag-and-drop or click to choose).
    Step 2 — Add a PDF file

  3. Enter the final order, e.g., 3,1,2 or mixed ranges like 5-7,1-3.
    Step 3 — Enter a custom order

  4. Click “Reorder Pages” and preview the result.
    Step 4 — Run reorder

  5. Download or open the reordered PDF in a new tab.
    Step 5 — Download or preview

  • Fill 1…N: Use the “Fill 1…N” helper to quickly set a full sequence.
  • Reverse N…1: Use the “Reverse N…1” helper to invert the order.
